2025 SMTA Annual Meeting Recap
Thank you to all of our amazing members & neighbors for showing your cooperative spirit at the 2025 SMTA Annual Meeting!
This year’s was one of the most well-attended meetings in recent memory – below are a few highlights from the evening:
- We bid farewell to Jim Nieuwstraten after he retired from the SMTA Board (see article below for more details)
- We welcomed new Board member Randy Nelson
- Current SMTA Board Secretary Sandra Baggett was re-elected for another term
- Dessert was enjoyed from The Lovin’ Oven (owned by an SMTA member 😊)
- The SMTA leadership team announced a plan to increase internet speeds for most members without raising prices – stay tuned for more info in the coming months!
