Part of ensuring quality service involves routine network maintenance from time to time. Just like your car needs regular maintenance to prevent damage and increase its longevity, so does our broadband network. This maintenance ensures security patches are applied to protect the membership as a whole and optimizes network performance.
We generally perform maintenance overnight when the least amount of subscribers are likely to be impacted, and any interruptions due to planned work are often over quickly.
